It's Up To You

Whether you read these posts and get scared out of your mind or just know me and think I'm crazy...my ultimate goal is to make you better. We all need to start somewhere and it's up to you to find out where the starting line is. Are my workouts hard? Usually. Will you feel it the next day? Probably. Will I push you hard? Don't you know me? But it's up to you to push yourself through...I just provide the map.

The workouts are tailored to your fitness level so everyone can participate in a group setting and I promise you will see a difference after a month and you might even make a new friend. Being scared is only natural...not trying is crazy. I hope to see you at the next workout. -Ham
