This has to be the best week yet for the running club and a great start for the boot camp. If you want a great workout come check out the boot camp. I have merged different types of workouts and focused on muscles traditionally neglected by runners, triathletes, bikers, swimmers, and weight lifters and come up with what I think will be beneficial to all. It is tabata, HIIT, functional, cardio, and balance all rolled into one. All fitness levels are welcome and it can be modified easily. I have included a workout for you to preview.
