It might rain so dress appropriately. It will be a game time decision if we go inside. Our fartlek run will look like this...
10 minute warm up and stretch
30 minute fartlek running...30 seconds 5-10K pace...90 seconds EZ pace X 15
10 minute introduction to strength training
10 minute cool down and stretch
If we go inside we will work on balance, core, and lower body conditioning.

ReplyDeleteIf you are sore today, make sure you stretch and do some light running and/or crosstraining. We will be upstairs again tomorrow if the weather is below 40 and rainy.
