First Group Run :: February 1

Our first run will be February 1st, 6pm, by the outdoor FAC pool entrance.

The run will look like this ::

10 minute warm up around pond.
5 minute stretch.
35 minute run/walk, either around pond or track.
10 minute cool down and stretch

The run/walk will be taylored to your own personal goal.

What you need to bring ::

towel/yoga mat for stretching
notebook and pen for notes
water bottle
watch
good running shoes
