5K Results and Fartleks

Last Monday was tough because you had never done speed work with no rest. Wednesday was tough because you had never predicted how fast you could run a 5K. Guess what? You got through the week and you're still alive.

This Monday we will be as follows ::

Warm Up 1 mile
Active Stretch
Endurance Run 40 minute
Cool Down Inside

Inside we will be going over stretching with the foam roller. If you have a foam roller please bring it with you.

The first Prediction 5K was last week and the results are posted under FRC Documents.
