Fast Happens...



I just feel fast when I look at the results of the Komen 5K today and the FireFly run last weekend.  Jamie R. is rockin'...she was the Overall Female Survivor and she took her age group too.  Evan and Kuda took 7th and 9th and Brian 18th.  Susan M. again takes her age group and Marc G. is becoming a powerhouse in his age placing 3rd. 

In the Firefly last weekend Marquerite ran a great 5k and joined us for another 3 at the FRFL.  Marla M. and Marc G. both took their age group.  Just another weekend for the FRC.

This week we will be having the Prediction 5K at Rogers Elementary, 7PM.  5Kers will do their workout with Jason or Zach.  All week it will be hot so make sure you drink plenty of water and slow your pace if needed.  Read last weeks post and link for more information.

Saturday we will be at Rogers again for our group run.  15Kers will run 2 X 5K with 5 minute rest.  See Weekly Workouts page for more info.

Fall is coming and so are the marathons.  Early marathon begins July 11 and White Rock training begins August 1.  More to come...
