By now you should be feeling good about your accomplishments with the program. You are getting stronger, running faster, going longer, looking and feeling better, and you're more confident about your workouts. You might still be a little hesitant about your running times and if you can endure the longer runs. Next week you will find the answers.
This is the last week until you take a 4 day rest. NO, you cannot sit on your couch and eat ice cream. Easy runs Sunday through Wednesday logging 12-15 miles. Thursday you will take the Fit Test and Saturday you will have a benchmark run.
Work hard this week and take good notes on your training. When you look back in 3 months you will forget how hard it has been and look forward to pushing yourself towards the next impossible goal, so you thought!
