Monday is 7:00 pm run club endurance run in preparation of the 5K prediction run on Wednesday.
Tuesday is 5:30am and 6:00pm Boot Camp.
Wednesday is 7:00 pm 5K.
Thursday is Boot Camp.
There is no reason why you should not get exercise in this week.
