-jump knee-tuck
-butt kick
rest
-hit the floor
-belt kick
-log jump


Workout
-one mile time trial
two laps around pond and finish at fire hydrant
rest
6X200 sprints with 10 push up/plank walk and 10 squats
run to fire hydrant and perform exercises...run back to start and perform exercises. rest after third set.


Cool Down 2 EZ laps and Stretch
